4 MUSHROOM SOUP HAMLET STYLE
Portabella, Swiss Brown, Oyster, Shiitake mushrooms sauteed with white wine, garlic and fresh herbs, blended into a vegetable stock and cream. Finished with Tasmanian Truffle Oil

BRAISED LAMB in RED WINE JUS
Cooked low and slow and served atop sweet potato mash and served with buttered broccolini and pan jus gravy. Finished with a Pepperberry Sage Pangrattato
CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE MOUSSE
Rich mousse on a dense dark choc cake base, refined and smooth. Finished with a Double Cream Dollop
